Within the emFIN – Financial module, the company takes care of all inbound and outbound invoices and all the information contained therein is entered into the system. In this way, every input and output is automatically recorded in the system, ie all cash flows are monitored through the system.

All payments due are integrated with the expected earnings in the system. This provides the opportunity for good planning and organization that would imply that expected earnings cover the obligations that are due for payment. If you are not able to settle your obligations at the moment, ie you have funds in your account, but their use could affect the inability to pay off other obligations, a light, and a sound notification light up, and the obligations that would suffer redemption as a result of that payment.

All invoices and long liabilities have a specific currency, ie. payment date. The emFIN module enables reports on specific customers and all their payments to be obtained based on data in the system. In this way, one can have an idea of how most often a particular buyer pays, whether he is late with a payment and how much, whether he pays in advance, what are the discounts on which occasion he earns, etc.

Business budgets can sometimes be difficult to organize well, especially if the entire amount of money is in one account. From this account, employees’ salaries, taxes, and contributions, obligations to suppliers, maintenance and service, investment in new projects and many other monetary expenditures should be reconciled. In order to have an accurate insight into the use of budgetary resources, budget lines are formed in the system and the correct percentage of expenditures for a particular component in the business is determined, which enables the monitoring and management of budgetary funds.

In addition to the financial management module, the EDOPS Document Office includes other modules that support the overall business of business. This means that for each business sector, the EDOPS Document Office has a separate module, all of which work together through one system and use the same database.
